Summary:
We Pay for Organization
You buy milk before you run out of milk.
When you take something from a cabinet, it always goes back where you found it.
Having a system in place is as important to you as having eggs for breakfast.
This is how you live – and you are brilliant at getting others to do it, too.
That’s what we need. We’re hiring for an Operations Manager at Alaskan AC.
Not a bad paycheck for doing what comes naturally to you.
But let’s get some things clear upfront: Everything we do, we do for our customers.
They expect us to be on time, so we get there 10 minutes early. They can’t wait when something is broken down, so the parts need to be stocked. They are letting us into their homes, so we have to be tidy and efficient.
As our new Operations Manager, you’ll be monitoring benchmark KPI’s. Ensuring install quality, safety, and efficiency. Making sure our facility is clean and safe. Making sure our trucks are maintained and stocked. Keeping track of our inventory and make sure it’s 100% accounted for.
And you’ll be doing this with a smile on your face because you love helping.
It’s a big, busy company. There’s a lot to keep track of. But with your abilities, you can make a big difference here. Lots of personalities and everybody has a job to get done.
Now, when you’re ready to join this professional (and sometimes a little silly) company, it’s on you to make the first move.
